Get Ready, Set, Go!

Before Coming to The Full Plate

• Clear enough space in your freezer. We recommend leaving about 24" high x 11" deep x 11" wide in freezer space to store 12 meals
• Set your freezer to 0°F or less
• Set your refrigerator to 40°F or less

If You Are Attending an In-Store Session

• Wear comfortable shoes and clothes
• Bring a laundry basket, cooler, or some other tote to carry your meals home
• Have fun!

If You are Picking Up Already-Assembled Dishes

• Bring a laundry basket, cooler, or some other tote to carry your meals home

If You are Receiving a Delivery of Meals

• Put your dishes in a refrigerator or cooler with ice as soon as you receive them.

When You Get Home

• Immediately freeze your meals or refrigerate those that you plan to eat soon. Refrigerator and freezer freshness dates are provided on the labels.
• During your busy week, just pull out a meal and follow the cooking instructions on the label. Some require advance defrosting. Many can be cooked straight from the freezer or defrosted in the microwave.
• Enjoy your meals with family and friends!
